Ummm... that makes sense, but seems to me to be kinda tangential to the idea of "let's eat together and we will eat more than you" as a method for supporting an anorexic friend?
I mean, yes, that could be seen as a small goal, but I would definitely tend to think of it as more of a "technique" than a "goal"? It could be seen as both, but to me...
EDIT: And now I realize this was probably aimed more a the image itself rather than anything that someone had said before in the comments... right?
