Technically yes, but for this particular fandom, "crack ship" probably needs a more narrow definition. There's over a hundred ships that most certainly wouldn't be canonical, but are so insanely common in fanart and fanfiction it could hardly be considered a crack ship.
The only shipping that's even feasibly plausible to be canonical with major characters aside from married and dating couples is Discoshy, Rarijack, Sparity, Appledash, Startrix, and Starburst. Literally anything else would technically be a "crack ship".
Even something like Twidash, which only exists because of the animosity with reading, studying, and books between the 2, isn't considered crack shipping, even though it's pretty noncanonical. The same can be said for Fluttermac (since Big Mac canonically married Sugar Belle). Mordetwi isn't usually considered crack shipping either, strange as it may be. Even weirder, incest shipping is rarely considered crack shipping.

Cozy Glow and Flurry Heart is a bit of a stretch (if only because of stone and a little time discrepancy), but not difficult to imagine.
Something like Iron Will + Tree Hugger though, definitely crack shipping. Something so outrageous it's pretty much a time-wasted joke.
