I went ahead and checked myself.

2 accounts existed solely to downvote content like this and have already been removed. 10 are likely intentionally ignoring filters and have been flagged for review, one of them specifically for appearing to have no other activity the rest of the year, and only two appear to be "going out of their way". The rest have a high average of 3 "pride" or similar images hit per year.

Why this one? Likely number of characters and different "flags" at once to hit enough random bad buttons. Or people just really don't like like ~~aromantic~~ nonbinary Rainbow Dash.
