||Yeah so basically in summary Opuline, Celestia, Luna, and Flurry Heart are the to confirm natural born Alicorns.
And Twilight, Candice, and Sunny are the only known ascended Alicorns, not counting Cozy.||

||This is all Canon because of the book, that was sort of dismissed as non-cannon because of the Sisters response to Flurry Heart's birth (which now we can recontextualize as them being confused how there was only one Alicorn involved in conception) , but G5 just reiterated it.||
