I get your point, but there was literally no complaining happening and their comment isn't reportable for breaking any rules, it's valid. This site is full of pictures with fetishes and sexual activity that not everyone wants to see. For example I was the one who put up the daiaper tag cause I don't want to see it, but it ended up in my timeline before the tag was up. The tag wasn't added for a fetish a lot of people don't like and they're making the uploader aware of it so they can remember to tag things correctly in the future (which is usually hit or miss). If they were complaining then there would be a lot more said than just telling the uploader to tag their work. Anyone can add the missing tags, but this has lately been a common occurrence with uploaders. No one should always have to come into someone's picture just to put a tag up that shows something they don't like because the uploader either forgot, is new to the site and still learning the tag system or they're choosing to be lazy just to hurry up and upload a picture. You should see the pictures where some uploaders will just tag NSFW uploads as *explicit* and think that it's enough...
