To be fair, whenever Twilight is not part of what caused the problem but is involved she solves 90% of the crisis or plays an important part in the resolution and usually avoiding collateral damage so partial points there. And even when she kinda does cause problems she still solves most of them.
Whereas Fluttershy is not usually the one who solves the problem until she gets shoved into, follows somebody else's orders or apparently said problem involves animals, or whenever suddenly an enemy needs a shoulder to cry on for some weird reason like in Daring Doubt.
Interestingly enough when Twilight is the troubled one, the rest of the mane 6 usually have a lousy score helping, mostly being Spike the true savior then.
Except No Second Prances, she was just being a fucking bitch there.
