The spaces are filled from the inside, think about it, it's like removing a dent that would be the holes on the outside, the only hole was the heart-shaped one.

Now I realize that i canould do something with the heart-shaped hole, as if it were closing because of so much love, maybe the gem would fly out or sink inside.
