Basically they only have either rich people (mostly their leaders) or poor people and rarely any in-between. So they apparently can get funding for (propoganda) animation.

Was it the "Saturday Supercade" old obscure DK cartoon with Optimus Prime voicing Mario, and Soupy Sales as DK? I missed that night.
