that's possible, it's true the Elements' qualities aren't necessarily good, but it would also mean that they would always work against the Mane Six... and the Elements of Harmony would ***_+_never+__*** turn on their bearers! if they were indeed susceptible to corruption, then why in Paul McCartney's name did the Magic one respond to -- _*and protect_* -- Princess Twilight despite Sunset using it and wearing it on her freaking head?! the Element of Magic, the one magical artifact wielded by Sunset Shimmer for her own twisted purposes, **also went against her [spoiler]||for fuck's sake[/spoiler]||!*
