I’m not sure what you’re asking. But generally there’s no harm in having both an animated and non-animated version of an image on the site.

I was try to upload just gif because there no non-version of Image.  
I rather it just amination version can please just merging them. it my fault it was upload right. and try last to with my old computer but won’t complete the upload when try up the gif. the second time around.
 
so can please do this for me it all iam ask is to simple merging of the image. plus I can’t add the Description: why it was made in the first place !

I copied the description from the static image to the animated one.
 
There’s really no problem preserving both images.

thank you, but only thing is going bother me that is.  
is it going sound odd.  
but if when the other upload name then sound like they one who give the gift.  
I original was just try upload the gif version. and my new computer won’t save right and my mobile device won’t let upload the gif. for it keep crashing. can be just merging them or do have go get artist?

Please do not pester the artist about site meta data.
 
They’ve created the art - that’s awesome and great and we want more of that kind of thing. Please do not drag the artist into your personal disputes over meta data on this site that have nothing to do with them, or their art, other than that this site attaches that data to it.
