“The great and powerful Dixie” means only one thing, but “Dixie” can mean more than one thing. In fact, to most of the world, “Dixie” is a historical nickname for the Southern United States.

Seriously, what use does that tag possibly have here for that context? If you have an OC named dixie, then it’d be oc:dixie.

If you look at the use of the “Dixie” tag right now, it’s very clear that many of the images are about the American South. Would you suggest that all of those images be changed to have a new tag of “American South” or something like that?

Do we normally care about rule 63 with shipping names? If not just turn them to twixie. I also did not give enough of a shit to dig into the images to verify that it was not, in fact, futa or rule 63 trixie.

Makes sense; now they just need to add a note on the dixie page to the effect of “For the nickname of the American South, see dixieland”.

I checked some other R63 shippings and apparently at least some people care for this kind of tag, so instead of completely removing it I replaced “Dixie” on these images with “Trixshine”. Gonna add it to other Dusk x Trixie pictures later, too, to keep everything consistent.
 
Come to think about it, I guess it kinda makes sense to have these tags, else it’s a bit complicated (aka 5+ tags) to search exclusively for male!a x female!b without getting female!a x male!b or both male results.

“Giant enemy crab” is already being used synonymously for giant crabs, since people have been tagging giant crabs in general with “giant enemy crab” to refer to the Internet meme. That’s why I think it should probably be an alias.
