The Tastiest
Sometimes, a calm shipping fic is what people like. Same reason I like to watch a relaxing episode of MLP when I’m not playing violent videogames. A change of pace is needed from time to time, whether it be activities or shipping stories.

Mac gets chased around by a horrid, hungry beast. Fluttershy busts in to give the beast the sternest talking-to of all time. Mac finds himself smitten with Fluttershy because of her bravery, and asks her out when he finds the time (which would probably be problematic and worth documenting). She confusedly yet excitedly accepts, they have a date, end up having a blast, or just a pleasant time, more likely.

He’s a farmhand.  
Have him kill a sick/wounded animal and make her pissed at him, Him trying to console and explain why while she’s still pissed and Sad.  
It’ll be more interesting then the two of them standing/sitting next too each other.

I can’t think of any ships with Fluttershy that are exciting, and it’s usually on account of her personality.

God damn this ship is boring.  
If you gonna ship them, try to make it interesting.
