1: Lieutenant Flash Sentry’s curiosity got the better of him, and he investigated the mirror on his own, and naturally, fell in. Since it wasn’t at the correct time, Flash fell into a different alternate universe, and he remained a pony. When he got there, he ended up trapped, and a local researcher who looks a lot like a hairless monkey version of an Equestrian princess take notice… and interest.

2: Human Twilight Sparkle ended up making her own portal, but since she’s not as familiar with magic, it didn’t automatically transform her into the local dominant species like the regular portals done. After getting situated and unsure how to get back, she makes a new friend who’s oddly drawn to the strange creature.
3: Just like how Pony Twilight was attracted to Human males, Human Twilight is attracted to Pony males. Just look at her eyes, and the unsure yet curious look of Flash’s face in response to her offer. She’s going to live the dream: the Dreamy Cutebottom.
