You can just make out the almost-but-not-quite Engrish phrase “lovely is in her makeup” on one of the little cardboard inserts.

Counterfeit. The toy is an earth G3.5 mold with Sweetie Belle’s cutie mark and some randomly picked colors.

@Bobrella I don’t know, that toy looks like it would be perfect for customizing. Have to replace/redesign the head though, but it could work.
