Aunque Tiara de Diamantes era aparentemente mala hasta “Volando hacia la meta”. En la “Hora de Twilight” se descubre que en realidad es buena y en “La Marca de las Crusadas” defendió a las Crusaders. Por lo tanto, Tiara de Diamantes es mejor líder que Applebloom, además de ser la potranca más valiente para ser una buena líder. Su madre Spoiled Rich no quería que los demás ponis hicieran algo bueno. Es por eso que Tiara de Diamantes era abusada por Spoiled Rich, de quien logró liberarse gracias a Applebloom.
