Emerald says that he was just checking up on her before he goes to bed. He asks who won the game, and what she is smoking.
 
“Huh? Oh… This is just a cigarette. Not that it’s even going to affect me, but it does calm me down a bit.” Joyride says, putting it to her mouth and grinning, “As for who won… I’m not sure to be honest. I shared some of my stash… You know that stuff I had Ruby buy me before we left… And they just kinda passed out. They’re fine though, don’t worry.”
 
Emerald glances over at the ponies he thought were asleep. They do appear to be breathing still, and every once and a while one will give a jerk.
 
“Gave them each a fourth of a pill, heh. I took one too, so if you wanted to say anything it’d be a good idea to do it before my ‘medication’ kicks in.” Joyride says, leaning back in her seat again.
