I think one thing that needs doing is swapping Bon Bon’s numbers with Rarity as 5 is traditionally for defenders and 4 is for midfielders. In addition to this, Sunset should be 9, Twilight should be 8, Rarity should be 11, and Pinkie should be 4 for the same reasons. So it’d go:
 
3. Derpy - 5 Bon Bon - 2 Trixie
 
7. Fluttershy - 6. Applejack - 4. Pinkie - 11. Rarity.
 
8. Twilight.  
10. Rainbow Dash - 9. Sunset
 
That’s the norm at least. Of course OP can do whatever they like as it’s their squad :P Do really like these though! A Crystal Prep version would be really awesome to see!

I’d swap Applejack x Twilight and Rarity x Derpy.
