I’m going to comment on this and necro the thread purely because this team is wrong.
 
If Celly should have a team, it should be an overpowered team as she should clearly be a boss trainer.
 
I won’t necessarily state which Pokemon she should have, but she should clearly have unfair ones just to give her opponent a very big challenge.
 
Also, just to point it out, how does Lucario fit in there?

if non-rare or non-legendary, Celestia should’ve had Cherrim or Bellossom. Those are sun-hungry bastards.

Well yeah, but Budew also evolves only during the daytime as well.
 
And the peacefulness of togekiss being similar to celestia is nice and all, but there could be a better choice.
 
I’d look towards pokemon that evolve by sun stone maybe.

Riolu will only evolve into Lucario during the daytime, and Togekiss “shares many blessings with people who respect one another’s rights and avoid needless strife,” according to the Pokedex.
