Pinkie: Hiya Fluttershy, we made it just in time!! I don’t know how I manage to get ol’ Gummy out of bed, he’s so sleepy-deepy!! 
Shy: Oh, good morning Pinkie. Let’s have a quick look at poor Gummy.
 
Fluttershy pries open Gummy’s jaw and stares down his great maw
 
Shy: Has he been eating well? 
Pinkie: I give him alligator crunch every day but he just isn’t eating it! So I tried reptile mush and crocodile kibble and cold blooded biscuits and he just doesn’t EAT!! I’m so worry and at my wits end Flutters. My poor Gummy is starving!! 
Gummy: [creepy blink]
 
Fluttershy notices and odd protrusion in the back of Gummy’s gums and makes an audible “Ah ha!”
 
Pinkie: What, what, whaaaaaaaat is it!? It it a parasite stuck in his throat?? Is it- 
Shy: He’s growing a tooth I think. 
Pinkie: A TOOTH?! Just the itty bitty one??? 
Shy: It seems like it. Do you want me to do an x-ray of his jaw to make sure?? If I know how many are possibly coming we can schedule some painkillers and antibiotic for the next while. He should start eating when the former has set in- 
Pinkie: Flutters you’re a hero!!! Thank you thank you thank you thANK YOU!!! [squeezes Shy]
