MDW doesn’t work as a hero in fan works for me. And it’s not (only) because I hate the episode. Behind the mask is just of the mane 5 (sigh) and can only have one special ability. But maybe there will be some new, detective-like episode in which it’s a completely new character (or not new). It’d be quite fun and IMHO it’d save that episode. I seriously don’t wanna hate any of them.
I’m not bitching We all have something about MLP we didn’t like. I don’t want to open any old wounds.
