It’s always the shading that makes a 3D model look good … getting reflections and bloom wokring, something can look rather nice.
 
But what isn’t working on this model:  
• The butterflies are rather … ugly. They need more polygons.  
• There’s too many polygons on her dress, making the strange shape between her breasts.  
• The skirt of the dress isn’t smooth; there’s several visible edges in the shading.  
• The thickness of stuff is zero, giving it sharp edges.  
• The leg and feet are clipping through the shoes a little.
