I predict Twilight is going to do some sort of Power Rangers morphin’ time thing. She gets out her pony medallion and powers up! Then she’ll go through some sexy Sailor Moon-type transformation sequence. Yup.

Further addition to Theory: Twilight will get bored with being a Pegasus Unicorn and switch places with Trixie after a couple of weeks.
 
As a result, Twilight will spend the rest of the series in the body of Trixie and have to constantly prove her own identity. Trixie will also be stripped of her wings, and begin cashing in on Twilight’s reputation.
