She runs a modest Apothecary alongside her twin brother, both are skilled botanists tho her special talent is making all the tonics, lotions and medicine ponies might need while his is foraging for the herbs,flowers that they don’t have easy access too, they do grow some of their ingredients but they only have a small garden.

Shes has a relaxed demeanour and not even the rudest customer can bring her mood down, she’s calm and self assured in her abilities. She also handles ponies who have a complaint or demand refunds, she just shuts them down with a dreamy smile and calmly explaining that there are no refunds and perhaps you didn’t read the instructions right.

I imagine her voice to be all dreamy and soft that calms and relaxes ponies
