A commission I purchased from Choral Seashelle (Deviantart here, and Tumblr here). Little Green “Greenie” Smith Apple: a pegasus filly and the first child of Applejack and Soarin.

Little Green lives up to her name. She was small when she was born, and is small for her age. She is often referred to as “squirt,” “runt” or other nicknames that point it out, but it is in a loving manner from ponies that she sees as family (such as her mother’s friends, or father’s fellow Wonderbolts), so it never really bothered her. Although she has been teased about it once or twice.
 
While the name Little Green was given to her as a reference to her size and color, she was given the middle name “Smith” to commemorate great-grandmother, Granny Smith, who passed away before her parents got married. It is also part of the reason she is referred to as “Greenie.”
 
Little Green often -almost always- wears her Wonderbolts hoodie. It is not simply a beloved piece of clothing, but a security blanket. It can also give an indicator of her mood as she will fiddle with the zipper when nervous, or hide in the hood when she wants to ignore the outside world.
