Hiya my kittens <333This is a contest entry for *SweetPlushieCake ! Her contest are always so much fun and she has adorable characters >w<This time the theme was designing a dress for the Grand Galloping Gala suitable for the MLP-fied versions of one or more of her mascots c:As usual, I just couldn’t resist and drew all of them, and I couldn’t resist the temptation to do a full scene instead of drawing just the designs <333I never did MLP:FiM style before, I have my own pony style, so I hope this looks okay ;u;From left to right we have Arista, Wendy and Delma;For Arista, I want with a purple starry night theme, it isn’t much visible but the inside of the gown is all sparkly. She likes colorful jewellery so I added some and avoided hoofwear since she usually doesn’t like shoes; I also wanted to give her an elegant look that could still give her movement freedom, especially for the wings/tail area, she has a pretty unique tail so i thought she’d like to show it off xDFor Wendy, since she likes karaoke and the beach, I went with a mermaid theme. The gown is W-shaped to give a mermaid fin tail appereance and gave her pearl and musical ornaments <3And for Delma, here we have the design I like the most xD She enjoys gardening, baking and tea party, so I gave her a rose cake design, with colors and style good for tea parties (and she’s having a good cup of tea with Wendy too). She likes also having her hair styled, so I styled her mane in pretty curls with many girly accessories, and showed off her styled tail as well (there’s a hole in the gown, aestethically covered by a ribbon that holds the tail).Arista is star-gazing, and Wendy and Delma are having a nice chat-it seems that Wendy is complimenting Delma for her ornaments or something <3Aww, I’m sorry, I think I talked too much, but I always like to explain what’s behind each design xDD;;;Hope you like it, and wish me luck sweeties <33Oh!
