About: Itty loves flying, her grandma’s influence only made her an expert in aerodynamics, clouds and other things needed to make a noodle horse fly faster than a bullet. Itty is as stubborn as her grandma and mothers, she is willing to do anything to achieve her goals no matter how simple they sound, after all she’s a draconequus she doesn’t NEED to fly, after all she can float, teleport, she can even make herself a flying chair, but there’s something about moving your wings for traction, feeling your body cut the air while you can barely keep your wings from trembling, Itty-Bitty wouldn’t change anything for that feeling.  
Facts:  
-She has the standard level of magic of an average draconequus (still pretty damn powerfull) while she has less than a half the size of any other member of her species, she’s really thankful for that, if she were any longer she wouldn’t be able to fly as fast as she does now.  
-Twilights from both dimensions are still confused but they also wish their peculiar granddaughter gave the study of chaos magic a chance,but they still love her. Discord loves his smol granddaughter and likes to take tours to different dimensions with her (which they explore by flight, or at least Tybi does). Grandpa Sentry gave up on trying to understand the situation, he and Starburst were the ones to teach Itty-Bitty how to fly.  
-Itty-Bitty interacts with Pandora’s other interdimensional offspring every once in a while, Mako was extremely glad to meet her, he might not be bigger than Thunder head but at lest he’s not the smallest Draconequus in existence  
-Yes that’s Starburst’s ribbon in her head, when she was little the ribbon was mainly used to keep her from flying off to only-god-knows-where when she was out with her moms, she hated the ribbon, but couldn’t even think about torning it apart.  
-Ibi becomes an embarrassed mess whenever she’s called princess, since both Pandora and Starburst didn’t dealt well with the pressure of being loyalty they raised her like a normal pony her whole life, until she had to go to school, so she’s not really used to the term yet.  
-She’s very friendly and energetic, she’s more of a social butterfly but her friends value her a lot and are ready to step out to help her whenever she needs them  
-She can be VERY competitive when it comes to flying, she might be sweet, and kind of an airhead but in the sky she doesn’t have time for anyone’s sh*t.  
-She was often bullied because of her appearance when she was little, and is usually reminded of how much of an airhead she is, she isn’t great at showing negative emotion so she just bottles up how these insults make her feel.  
-She has the feeling that everyone thinks that she’s lazy and setting goals that are way too low for her standards, she should be a magical princess, a skilled sorceress, something according to the mighty all powerful being she is, but Itty just wants to fly, and have fun doing it.
