It’s Comet Tail! In the actual show he is just a pony, but according to fan works he is a former protégé of Princess Cadance and the future husband of Twilight Sparkle. According to my own ideas he is also a gifted heavy metal artist who can play five instruments at once using advanced telekinesis.
