Yeah, it’s Homeworld with some sort of blurry filter thrown over it. That background is a dead giveaway, and judging from the shape, those are Vaygr fighters.

Sins didn’t have formations THAT good… They only moved on a single plane, not even the Fighters and Bombers went above the plane.

Either Sins of a Solar Empire or Homeworld.
