Wll think about that the personalities could and will be different due them being DIFFERENT beings with wide differetn experiences(mos tof the villains and Celestia are WAYY old and had years of experience that the mare six simply lack)  
King sombra behaviour is a LOT like discorded Rarity’s. Plus his obsession with “slaves” seem to remind me the colonialist excuse for it(they are inferiors they need our dominance).  
As for Luna/NM I too had some doubt what element she could embody. Then i thought: Celestia HAD to be element of Magic, for being able to use the element of Hamrony one last time all alone, so Luna could be or Loyalty or Honesty(consider that we are not talknig about power so far). Loylaty seem to fit better. Why? Because Luna crave for attention seem to mirror Rainbow Dash one. Both need it to reinforce their idea of themselves, and to get it they are ready to engage in reckless and endangering action(for themselves and others).  
And i could also see a sort of chronology of events.  
At first they were six, two sisters and four friends. Then the laughing one started to laugh and laugh till go insane and he had to be frozen in stone  
and they were 5.  
Then the caring one, changed, and started to need more and more love as her own one wasn’t enough and had to be exiled.  
and they were 4.  
Then the generous one decided to generously keep an empire under his hoof, for their own good. And had ot be discorpored and buried under the ice.  
And they were 3.  
The honest one couldn’t trust anyone anymore, and simply go in hiding, even to great and powerful itself.  
And only the two sisters were left.  
The loyal one, dark and lonely, feared that the very pony they sacrified so much didn’t loved her anymore and tried to win their love again in an eternal night.  
And she had, with a broken heart, to be banished IN the moon.  
And then there was only Celestia left  
and the elements were no more  
as there was no more friends for her.

@Baron The first two match really well, the others…not so much…
 
Still, I love the twist about the Chrysalis one, and also because I’d want to see a Fluttershy VS Chrysalis match-up.

anyway that is possibly the freakiest pinkie ever!!

ya know is kind of odd but watching all FiM villain together(and celestia too), made me think…had anyone noticed that all of them are essentially perversion/distortion of the Elements of Harmony?  
Discord -> Corrupted Laughter(Chaos rather than just fun)  
Chrysalis -> Corrupted Kindness(Love as source of Food )  
King Sombra -> Corrupted Generosity(Crystalllsssssss)  
Nightmare Moon -> Corrupted Loyalty(her desire to be the center of attention overrirde her duty and sisterly loyalty)  
Celestia is probably still an untainted element of Magic(albeit here and there she show typical symptoms of control freak and distrust of others ability to help/understand)  
This leave a slot open for a new villain(or for Celestia to fall from grace…)

I love the second panel. Luna having fought alicorns, even if she was NMM at the time, becoming an important experience would be such a wtf twist.
