Her name is Nightfall and she is one of Luna’s growing Night Court members. She also is becoming something of weird cousin-type figure for Applebloom in my Equestria dreamscape. The two have done some ops together now and there is something of camaraderie between two now. Although AJ ain’t to keen of her.
 
Nightfall is part of Luna’s security detail who does operations outside the Royal Court like Applebloom now does. She is kind of perky Lolita Goth/Metal mix individual who’s regular wardrobe is long striped socks with steel reinforced versions of hoof shoes worn by some school fillies. Around her neckshe usually wears a black leather dog collar with Luna’s sigil on it.
