Someone spent a hell of a lot of work and time into this scene. For someplace we only spend a few minutes, at most, it looks like a legitimate store with actual thought put into the decoration and little touches here and there. Little tea packets hanging from the center sign above the shelves, a tea bag carved into the wood near the railing, a framed ribbon; probably an award for the best tea store in Ponyville from the Mayor, stirring spoons hanging up on the wall near the door towards the back ect.
 
Either the artist had too much time on their hands, or this was a labor of love.
