I only know the last few sentences:

“Starlight, maybe you could prepare milk?”
“Huh? But I…it doesn’t come out, you know?”
“NOBODY IS SUGGESTING SUCH A THING!”

As in, Sunburst asks Starlight to prepare (a bottle of) milk but Starlight is implying she doesn’t lactate and can’t breastfeed the baby. Sunburst got flustered.
