They are parents to Shooting Star, and later on in the future, High Jinks. Thistle Whistle is only a step mother to Star, as implied above. Spitfire is still close to the Dash Family as well as Celeano [being RD’s friend, and Spitfires wife.] But things are at times, a little awkward for Spitfire and RD- but they’ve gotten over half of it now.
