I made a .gif once
I have my own little workflow for making animated .GIFs and stuff that basically renders online services like GIF Ninja redundant.
 
I could have not resized the frames, but then the jumpiness would have been more pronounced.
 
Thinking about it now, though, it probably would have just been better to crop than to resize. I wish I weren’t so dumb sometimes.
