Next in my Dawnverse headcanon collection is the TwiBurst Family! (Let me just say, I really enjoy that this ship is not so crack anymore )
 
Once again, no major changes here, just size differences. Below is some information about this pairing in the Dawnverse:
 
Princess Twilight Sparkle:  
Through marrying Sunburst, the ponies of Equestria quickly demanded a royal heir from the Princess of Friendship, Twilight Sparkle. At first, Twilight Sparkle did not know if she could handle serving as the Princess of Friendship, headmare of the School of Friendship, and a mother. However as she and Sunburst continued to receive inquiries and even harsh demands from Equestrian ponies, including Starswirl the Bearded (who had his own research motive), Twilight and Sunburst finally planned their pregnancy. Once Dawn Dreamer was born, Twilight continued her royal duties with a small unicorn foal constantly at her side. As a mother, Twilight split her time between royal duties and her family, often only seeing her husband and daughter together at night. Although Twilight would eventually regret her time spent in royal duties, both Dawn and Sunburst know of Twilight’s duties, and so never held them against the princess. After Dawn Dreamer’s abduction while a young teenager, Twilight removed herself from the Equestrian Royal Court to further protect and devote her energy towards her daughter. With her daughter as a young adult, Twilight resumed her royal duties knowing her daughter is safe with a certain green pegasus.
 
Fun Facts:  
- As an alicorn, Twilight is the tallest in her family and most powerful (both magically and physically)  
- Twilight loves bragging about her daughter and her brilliance in historical magic.  
- Twilight reopened the Oak Library in Ponyville to both provide for Ponyville ponies but also to protect her daughter from strange ponies entering her castle where her daughter was hid away.
 
Duke Sunburst:  
By marrying Princess Twilight Sparkle, Sunburst became a Duke, but he does not take the title too seriously. After the birth of Dawn, Sunburst limited his duties as Crystaller and instead accepted a position as a professor of history of magic at Canterlot University where he could teach and be there for his daughter. As a father, Sunburst loved sharing his world with his daughter. Until her early teenage years, Sunburst brought Dawn to his lectures while Twilight performed her royal duties. Sunburst loved these moments with his daughter as she sit with his students and learned all he taught. Sunburst also claims credit for showing his daughter her special talent through visits to the Canterlot Library. Sunburst also blames himself for the abduction of Dawn when she was a young teenager, even though Dawn was unharmed physically by the ordeal. After that fateful event, Sunburst stopped bringing Dawn to his lectures, instead developing anxiety about who interacted with his daughter. His fears subsided when Dawn reached adulthood and she kept herself busy in the Canterlot Library. Although his fear for his daughter never truly went away, Sunburst seems more relaxed in allowing his daughter into the public and vows to never let anything happen to her again.
 
Fun Facts:  
- Sunburst’s mother was quite ecstatic to learn that her plan for her son to marrying the Princess of Friendship went perfectly, a plan Sunburst himself only learned many years later.  
- Sunburst considers his inability to perform actual complicated magic a proud handicap, devoting his time to helping other unicorns with the same disability.  
- Sunburst is an innocent cinnamon roll.
 
Princess Dawn Dreamer:  
Dawn Dreamer is the only daughter of Princess Twilight Sparkle and Duke Sunburst and is a wonderful mixture of both academic parents. At a young age, Dawn showed promise for academics and magic, much to the delight of her parents. Dawn grew up attending Ponyville public schools with her friends; however, Dawn also received special tutoring from both Twilight and Sunburst. Dawn grew into marehood with the promise of wonderful magic and a powerful position in Equestrian royalty. However, Dawn never felt like a true princess, instead taking more pleasure in reading old documents as supposed to reigning. Dawn’s desire for seclusion continued and consumed the princess after her young teenagehood abduction: an anti-royal radical stallion stole Dawn one day, demanding a ransom and political change from Equestrian royalty for her release. Although Dawn was rescued and suffered no physical injury, the event emotionally and mentally scared the princess: extreme anxiety consumed the princess until her young adulthood where she finally felt confident enough, with the help of her friends, to present herself to the Equestrian public. Dawn serves as an archivist and librarian for the Canterlot Library as she slowly works through her anxiety and gains confidence in eventually, maybe, taking her mother’s royal role someday.
 
Fun Facts:  
- Dawn is the shortest in her family, but barely shorter than her father.  
- Dawn’s magic is specific in history magic: she has the ability to “glimpse” into historical documents and better understand the event they depict. Eventually she will create her own spell where she travels into the history,  
the spell of which becomes a possible candidacy for alicornhood.  
- Dawn hates being called “Princess”: she only “allows” one pony to call her this, a certain green stallion whom she has a huge crush on so it’s ok.  
- Dawn suffers from agoraphobia and severe anxiety from her abduction ordeal and takes years of intense therapy and friendship to finally feel confident enough to return to the public. Dawn still suffers from physical and  
mental nervous habits.
