Description
This is K’tala, Minister of Armaments and War Industry, and also Lord Helios’s adopted daughter.
She is half Zebra and half Earth pony. At a young age, she showed a unique interest in firearms.
Impressed by her talents and the test he gave, Helios himself made she was well school with her gift.
Now she is hard at work, making sure the Highlander military is well supplied with weapons and ammunition.
