Finally got around to making the next ponified gym leader from the Kanto region. He is the leader of the Vermilion City gym, known for using electric-type pokemon, the third gym leader overall ,and also nicknamed The Lightning American.
 
Choosing a pony race for him was easy. I figured electric type has to do with storms and clouds, pegasus ponies control the weather in Equestria, so I went with pegasus for him. Choosing his fur color was easy as well as I’d already planned to use the orange color from his Raichu.
