No it’s not they check birth dat on I’d my friend 21 but still has his provisional and can buy a alcohol. Some places chose to just not sell to anyone with a provisional
Well that’s not true, I’m in maryland and the sale of alcohol is prohibited to people with vertical licenses because the horizontal one is reserved for people who are 21. At the liquor story near where I live there is even a posted sign saying as much. If you’re over 21 and still have a vertical license it can be hit or miss whether you get served or not.

Also to get a job you need to fill out a w2 form which asks for social security number as well as date of birth next of kin and shit ton of other information.

You didn’t watch this episode, or any other episodes, did you? We know exactly where she got this ID from, it happened in this very episode. We also see she lives alone in a somewhat rundown row house, presumably paid for by her part-time job at a sushi restaurant. So no need for murder or blackmail.
Ok again it’s easier to get a driver’s license then a gun yet more people die from stupid drivers then gun crimes committed with legally purchased guns. Driving witch is not a right needs to be as hard if not harder to get license for then a gun witch citizens have a right to. I swear this nation is so backwards in some places it probably makes the founders roll in there graves.

This, of course, begs the question of who’d rent to someone without references. But considering the dive Sunset’s living in, her landlord may not be too finicky.
