Found this on a tumblr page while trying to find the source an image so I could find out who the artist or character is. I have found a grand total of 5 pictures of this character - this picture which looks to be the best example of this character, an incomplete picture with a collar, a 3d Rendering, a cropped featureless plot picture with what looks like a jumper and something that looks like a cropped NSFW picture.

Pepper is a 19 year old pony.
Pepper was born in the city Trottingham, where she grew up with her unicorn mother and sister, and her pegasus father. Pepper and her sister Infinity Twirl never really got along, and still haven’t gotten along till this day. Pepper is an earthpony, and has always felt a bit of dissapointment from her parents. At a young age she moved out of her home, in the search of wealth and succes and the recognition from her parents she’s always wanted. Not knowing HOW she would achieve that, she still ventured out. Even though she’s 19 now, she’s still out there, moving from town to town once or twice every year…
Pepper doesn’t like to be the center of attention. Unless if it’s for something she put time and effort into. She doesn’t like to boast, or make her seem better than anypony else, but she can easily become irritated, if something doesn’t go as she wants it to. She prefers things to be the way she wants them to go, but she’s always open for ideas. That also means that she can become a bit of a sore loser, making her feel really bad for losing at something. She doesn’t get angry at the winner, (unless they taunt her and really rub it in her face) but angry at herself, if the thing she loses at is something she thinks she’s good at. Or atleast thought so. :3
Pepper always seem to be full of energy, but that’s only because she doesn’t like when it seems as if she’s slacking off or is lazy. Pepper can sometimes have a bad day, making her suddenly seem cold or distant. Maybe it’s a lack of relaxation, or maybe it’s because of her coming out of puberty. She doesn’t like to make up bad excuses, especially not for being cold or mean, so if you ask, she’ll tell you why.
Her mane and tail are dark red and long, with a small blue hairband on the edge of her tail and mane, making a small tuft stick out of the other end of the hairband. Her coat is almost as orange as the fruit itself. She has blue eyes, giving a nice contrast her mom used to compliment her on. A cutiemark containing a green pepper in flames representing her ability (pretty pathetic if you ask me) to endure hot food like it was candy, is planted on her round flank.

Hi, idk how did the op find it, but you should remember that Internet does not forget. Or rather that there’s never a way to tell if it did.
As for the my part, I have a level 4 arcane spell that given an old-style tumblr filename allows me to see the blog it came from with 40% success probability. I periodically fix some useless source urls on derpibooru with it. Yours didn’t exist anymore, but its mana trace allowed me to find it in the archive.
