my entry for squidip ‘s contest, where you shall draw one of their OCs
here is my journal featuring the contest: Feature: Pony Contest w/ money Prize!

I decided to draw Leinani, the beach earth pony, who loves surfing and works in a tiki bar! I not only feel in love with her design, but also wanted to try doing a picture with a “sunset”-ish vibe (which would work perfectly with her color scheme). So, there it is! On the picture, Leinani is shaking a fruity drink for two tourists from Canterlot, who are impressed by her skills! On the outside of the bar, you can see her surfing board resting, she’ll probably give the sea a last visit before go home, after finish that drink!

I hope squidip will like it! it was very fun to draw and I surely learned a lot!!
I also hope it’s ok I put two of my OCs on the background, honestly I choose them basically because of their colors, which I thought would fit well on the picture. They are Basorexia, de Unicorn, and Antibiotic, the earth pony. I’m a bit jealous of them now tho… they’ll have the chance to try that drink…! ç v ç ♥
