first it is the milk, then the sheet of whip cream then the ball of cotton candy. the milk only goes about 2 inches to the top to make room for the whip cream and then the cotton candy.
yes, t melts too fast and whip cream does not have much of a flavor anyway.
actually yes the whip cream is. because the cotton candy will melt too fast.
