Both are ultimately powerful, are feared and dreaded by all and can cause destruction with their own unique powers.
 
Discord is an evil spirit that can cause eternal chaos, which brings unhappiness along those who fear him and can only be destroyed by the Elements of Harmony.
 
Kyurem can cause freezing temperature by over minus 400 Fahrenheit, and is also able to summon Reshiram or Zekrom for assistance and can fuse with either one of them.

At what part in Black 2/White 2 did Kyurem “summon” Reshiram/Zekrom?
 
N and his dragon came to the Giant Chasm because his dragon could sense Kyurem’s suffering.
 
Only reason that could be considered “summoning” is because Ghetis planned for that.

Sigh. These are all really stupid. Discord would just turn Kyurem into a turkey or something.
 
Now… The original, complete dragon, as of yet un-named, is probably something close to a physical God, even more so than Arceus.
