One another redesign kick I see! Everyone remembers Spellbind and Crayola~ Same quirky personality, new-ish designs and updated backstories!
 
Spellbind was a young filly during Sombra’s rule and is technically over 1000 years old. Her obsession with magic comes from buried down PTSD about the whole experience. Her young filly mind thought that if she knew magic, she could have protected her family better from Sombra’s tyranny.
 
When she got older, Spellbind spent a lot of her time reading stories and articles about the Elements of Harmony and how the mane six were able to create amazing feats without the help of magical horns. In school, she learned about how there is Earth pony earth magic and Pegasus air magic that is unique to those species and that there are still some magic that has yet to be explained. Spellbind came to the decision that she’ll dedicating her life to learning this unknown magic and discovering new types. That’s when she got her cutie mark XD
 
Crayola is the magical spawn of two stallions who very much love their little filly, teaching her how to kick pony’s butts at Call of Duty and Fortnite and read comic books and adventure/fantasy novels to her as bedtime stories, and played with dollies riding toy trucks and fighting aliens and super villians XD
 
Cray grew being both masculine and feminine and often switches between the two. Once she was old enough and found out what nonbinary and gender fluid were, everything made a little more sense, and while technically her pronouns are She/Her/They/them, she answers to He/Him as well and will dress in drag on occasion when she feel like it.
 
Spellbind and Crayola met when they were kids and became the bestest of friends and penpals, since they both went to separate schools. They both decided to go to college together and be roommates in the dorms. Spellbind is a Magic Studies and Education dual major and wants to be a professor at the college one day. Crayola is an Illustration and Graphic Design major and wants to one day make comic books, graphic novels and maybe one day get into animation and make a tv show.
 
They met Bubble Lee and Nightowl during their sophomore year (Bubble’s and Night’s Junior year) and hit it off really well and decided the next year to all room together in a four pony apartment. In the current time line, Crayola and Spellbind are in their senior year and getting ready to graduate. Spellbind plans on attending more college to someday get her Masters, while Spellbind is already working at a paid internship at the local newspaper as a cartoon columnist.
