I felt compelled to make the rainbooms as yo-kai watch tribes:
Rarity/Charming: Pretty self explanatory. Most yo-kai from this tribe and Rarity share the same personality traits, and good looks.
Sunset Shimmer/Brave: Sunset has shown the most bravery of the group. Plus like her, yo-kai from the brave tribe tend to dive in head-first.
Twilight Sparkle/Eerie: Yo-kai from the eerie tribe are scary looking, and Sci-Twi has had scary experiences with her Midnight Sparkle counterpart.
Fluttershy/Heartful: Another self explanatory pair. Most yo-kai from the heartful tribe want to help people rather than hurt them, just like Fluttershy.
Pinkie Pie/Mysterious: These yo-kai and Pinkie are mysteries themselves! Need I say more?
Applejack/Tough: Yo-kai from the tough tribe and Applejack are not only strong physically, they are also strong willed and don’t back down easily.
Rainbow Dash/Shady: Honestly, out of all of the Rainbooms, she does (unintentionally) hurt more than help, and the shady yo-kai tend to cause the most pain to people.
DJ-PON3/Slippery: You don’t see the slippery yo-kai that often in the show. Like how we don’t see DJ-PON3 interact with the rest if the Rainbooms often.
These are my explanations! What do you think about the pairings?
