Her graduation in Celestial Advice. Specifically, her tearful “thank you” towards Twilight’s present.
 
I always felt like Star is ultra grateful towards Twilight, in her own way. She’s not as neurotic as Twi is with Celestia, but she has a respect that reaches bone deep.
 
I also love the guilty look she gives herself during Spike’s song in The Times They Are a Changeling.
