Traveling Pony Museum mascot ponysona “Aethernaut”
 
A gift custom I felt like doing as a thank you gift to :iconmlp-fim-tpm: staff for selling my customs at conventions for me across America since 2014.  
They’ve done a lot of work and I wanted to show some appreciation. Pony base I used is a 6 inch fashion style filly generation 4. It was a alicorn princess so I severed off the horn and wings and turned her into a earth pony.
 
 
Pony base coated in white gesso, then full body repaint in medium light purple acrylics. Eyes and cutiemark hand painted. Mane and tail are rooted in purple and white mohair. Outfit is entirely hand stitched, boots are faux brown leather with real leather strip detail and soles, bias tape and sash detail with hemp cord bows attached to the backs. Vest and wrist cuffs also hand stitched from fabric, the gray vest is custom dyed with gray Rit Dye. Yellow scarf is double-sided with gold. Added the watch on one cuff with some cog detail and on the vest, a couple strings of beads and cogs in the mane with a white feather.
