To be honest, the only thing that Chrysanthos would have that was related to a bat was the fangs. But yesterday, I wanted to add a few more things. So, here are some things Chryssie inherited from the Flutterbat side of his mother:

1 & 2: As a little foal, Chrysanthos had this habit to just naturally attach himself to his mother’s chest when she would start moving, the same thing with his father. It surprised both Fluttershy and Big Mac the first time he did this, but they got used to it fast.

3. Chrysanthos has extremely good hearing. He can hear ponies who are approaching from 40 feet away, he can also tell who is coming by their hoof steps or wing beats, and he can even hear the sound of bugs flying and walking……
4. The down side to this is that his hearing is also sensitive to very loud noises.
5. He’s not nocturnal, but there are some nights where he decides to stay up and he doesn’t get tired on those nights.
