These aren’t leaks. The U.S. doesn’t have to be the first to air these episodes. Hasbro/DHX could have put that restriction in their distribution contracts, but obviously they didn’t. Other countries can air the episodes when they want.
I mean you’d think for this momentous final season of the show this booru lives on they’d at least be a little better at keeping this shit under control, again especially since this is the last season
