i’d guess they’ll be fine with it, but what of their respective parents and families. aside from that and the social gap and difference (customs and way of life) between worlds. and how confused would their kid be dimension hopping (especially in the early years)

Well… we know the portal turns you back and forth into a pony when you go through it. There’s no reason to assume it wouldn’t work on a fetus as well… so yes, it’d probably depend on where she gave birth.

my main problem with this is how would it work (dimension hopping)? and what would the offspring be (would depend on where she’d give birth?)?

In G2, there was a pony named Teddy, I believe, who liked teddy bears. He was bullied in school for it, he gave up it up for his tough guy image and became a bully. He bullied one of the other female ponies (forgot her name) but they ended up falling in love.
 
The concept would have worked, but it was poorly written.

I havent seen any mlp except G1 and G4. But i guess it only prooves that little girls were already familiar with shipping so it strange that people bring “shipping is nor apropriate for little girls” as an argument against shipping.
