“APPLEJACK! Applejack, are you in here? Big Mac told me you wanted to see meeeeee?”
Twilight’s voice trailed off into an uncharacteristic drawn-out squeek as she stopped in the doorway of the barn and stared at her friend.
The orange mare batted her eyelashes at her. The princess had a long trip back from the Crystal Empire, but she had gotten plenty of rest aboard the train’s sleeper car. She looked around, and noticed the riding crop resting on a nearby hay bail.
“I guess Celestia made it look good enough to try yourself? Okay, but I have to warn you I like to be stern and demanding.”
The farmer blushed and bit into the gag, bracing herself.
